All in Dessert First

Honey Orange Cranberry Cream Cheese Danish

These danish our incredibly easy and are the perfect treat to have on hand for company coming to stay over the Holidays. Puff pastry is topped with a honey orange cream cheese and spiced cranberry sauce, baked up until golden brown and then, drizzled with a sugary glaze and sprinkled with orange zest. Using store bought puff pastry make these danish come together in a snap.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Cinnamon Rolls

These may be Pumpkin Spice Latte flavored but they are anything but "basic". Giant rolls are filled with spiced brown sugar pumpkin filling. Topped with a sugary espresso glaze and because you can never have too many toppings they are sprinkled with pumpkin spice pumpkin seeds and chocolate covered espresso bean pieces. They are great with a cup of coffee on a crisp fall morning and take only an hour to make!

Vanilla Almond Plum Berry Crisp

I don't think the sweet summer plum gets the recognition it deserves. The sweet and tart stone fruit is the star of this crumble. It is an easy dessert but has a show stopping color and flavor. The vibrant fruits are topped with a vanilla almond crumble and with just a hint of cinnamon to round out the flavor. The bright flavors of summer blended with a little warmth and spice of the coming fall season.

Cinnamon Sugar Dutch Baby Pancake

Every now and then you need dessert for breakfast. This Dutch baby pancake is sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and topped with creamy greek yogurt, fresh peaches and tart raspberries. Drizzle the whole thing with maple syrup and you have the decadence of dessert disguised as breakfast.

Brown Butter Banana Bread with Chocolate Pecan Streusel

Moist brown butter banana bread is layered with sweet cinnamon chocolate pecan streusel. Chocolate, pecan, and cinnamon is one of my favorite flavor combinations. Add in sweet bananas and nutty brown butter and you have a winning combination. This is a great sweet slice to have with breakfast but is also the perfect anytime snack. Add a little vanilla ice-cream to a warm slice and you have a great simple dessert too.
