Beer, Pretzels and Cheese Dip April Fool's Day Dessert

This April Fool's Day I decided to make my favorite snack into a dessert. This sweet trick on Beer, Pretzels and Cheese dip is enough to make anyone say “pass the mustard?”. Although it may look savory this snack is actually a dessert in disguise. The beer is really a honey apple jello, the pretzels are covered in pearl sugar posing as salt and the dip may look cheesy but its actually white chocolate fondue.

Mini Mojito Cupcakes

dSigns of spring have begun to pop up in our yard. Tender little mint leaves have shown up and these cupcakes are the result. Fresh mint is the star of the show in these mini mojito cupcakes. It is the perfectly balanced with lime, is fresh, and not over whelming. A rum butter cake is topped with white chocolate rum buttercream and lime curd. Then, it is all toped with a lime mint sugar and fresh mint leaves.

Winter White Yule Log - Coconut Almond and White Chocolate Swiss Roll

This festive Yule log combines coconut, almond and white chocolate flavors for a beautiful and delicious dessert. Almond sponge cake is rolled and covered in white chocolate coconut Swiss meringue buttercream. Topped with almond slice pinecones and white chocolate holly leaves and then sprinkled with coconut flakes and powdered sugar. This winter wonderland is sure to be the star of your Christmas dessert table.

Honey Orange Cranberry Cream Cheese Danish

These danish our incredibly easy and are the perfect treat to have on hand for company coming to stay over the Holidays. Puff pastry is topped with a honey orange cream cheese and spiced cranberry sauce, baked up until golden brown and then, drizzled with a sugary glaze and sprinkled with orange zest. Using store bought puff pastry make these danish come together in a snap.
