Just had to share this Sour Cream Coconut Cake with wafer paper flowers
This cake is for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. For the "Gold" Anniversary of course you have to have gold flowers on your cake.
When it is chilly it is hard to beat a rich cup of hot chocolate. To take this hot chocolate over the top I added homemade raspberry swirl marshmallow. Top it off with a drizzle of more dark chocolate and maybe a little raspberry liquor and this hot chocolate is sure to warm you up!
