These macarons were inspired by my favorite “I just need a little chocolate” treat. Trader Joes dark chocolate almonds with turbinado sugar and sea salt. If you haven’t tried them, you need to! For the patisserie version of these treats, chocolate macaron shells are dip in dark chocolate and sprinkled with turbinado sugar and flaked sea salt. Then, filled with dark chocolate almond ganache and sliced almond pieces.
Just in time for Easter!! This Strawberry Coconut Cashew tart combines fresh flavors with a beautiful presentation. Silky coconut custard is topped with vanilla bean whipped cream and Rum soaked strawberries all brought together by a sweet and salty cashew crust. This updated version of a coconut cream pie should not be missed!
Move over carrots! This zucchini cake is light, refreshing, and bursting with spring flavors. These tea cakes consist of tender lemon scented zucchini cake topped with a drizzle of sharp and sweet lemon glaze. The two-bite cakes are then, garnished with pistachio pieces, lemon rind, and edible flowers.
